Each person receives a personalized skin care formula that is determined by skin testing and DNA analysis. Skin testing simply involves a swabbing of the cheek for skin cells which are sent to a special laboratory for genetic analysis. The analysis is confidential and specifically measures single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the skin, which indicate the biochemical uniqueness of an individual's skin.

This is clearly distinct from other skin treatment programs in that the purpose of the testing is to assess the overall skin health and genetic propensity for collagen breakdown, photo aging, wrinkling, skin aging, the ability for the skin to tolerate environment pollutants.
